- your last year of secondary/high school was in the U.S., or
- you completed at least 1 year of U.S. college and no more than 1 year of post-secondary education outside the U.S., or
- you have a U.S. bachelor's degree.

- Go to http://www.iupui.edu/~gradoff/admissions/ for graduate applicants.
All others, proceed to Step 2.
